Biography
Amanda Allen is the Head of Services at ACCPA where she oversees a range of services that support aged care providers through bespoke consultancy, quality and compliance and back-office systems. She has over 15 years of quality and risk management and supporting governing bodies in aged care.
Amanda has been with ACCPA for four years during which time she has been responsible for the management and ongoing development of the ACCPA Safety & Quality Management System and oversite of the ACCPA Quality Portal. Recently she been instrumental in developing a suite of resources to support providers implement the requirements of the Strengthening Provider Governance reforms and understand and achieve contemporary good governance in aged care.
