Anwar is a physicist, computer scientist and entrepreneur, but his passion is software engineering. He founded the job multi-posting application, adlogic, in 2003 which became the most successful software launch in the history of the Australian recruitment industry. In 2010, Anwar transformed adlogic into MyRecruitment+ to build an End-To-End Recruitment & Onboarding SaaS platform. Anwar aims to help businesses streamline their recruitment and onboarding process, whilst simultaneously decoding his 16yr old son, Joe.
