Cam has been in the aged care industry for over 11 years in various Operational and Customer Strategy Roles, as well as previously working as a practitioner and manager in private Allied Health clinics. Cam worked in Operations roles for 9 years before transitioning into the Customer Experience and Strategy Role with the Plena Healthcare and Claro over the last 3 years.
