Cam has been in the aged care industry for over 11 years in various Operational and Customer Strategy Roles, as well as previously working as a practitioner and manager in private Allied Health clinics. Cam worked in Operations roles for 9 years before transitioning into the Customer Experience and Strategy Role with the Plena Healthcare and Claro over the last 3 years. Cam is passionate about breaking down the challenges associated with caring for our aged care and community clients to offer a more holistic, multimodal service offering that puts the client at the centre of everything we do.
