Cathy Segubiense the Business Development Manager at SIBAS. She also oversees the operation of the Australian Institute of Career Education (AICE), a leading aged care and disability registered training organisation in Perth.

With over 20 years of experience in the aged care sector, Cathy has managed high-visibility projects and programs involving some of Australia’s largest Aged Care and Disability Care providers. Her passion for supporting the aged care sector and creating a positive impact led her to represent the most two innovative organizations Perth, SIBAS and AICE.

Cathy is a dynamic and results-driven leader with a proven track record of supporting businesses with innovative concepts and solutions to critical issues, particularly around workforce shortages and financial suitability through – training and workforce.

Although outsourcing administrative tasks may be a new concept in the aged care sector, it can offer numerous benefits to businesses, including significant cost savings, access to a global talent pool, and increased operational efficiency.
