Speaker Bio

Daniel has a long history working in aged care and health services across Australia. He comes to Palm Lake Care having served in leadership roles for AnglicareSQ, TriCare and AnglicareSA. In 2018, Daniel joined AnglicareSA in the role of Executive Manager, Aged Care Services. In this role, he oversaw a portfolio of residential aged care, community aged care, retirement living and allied health care services across South Australia. In 2021, Daniel was recruited to the role of Chief Executive for Clayton Church Homes – a provider of aged care services across South Australia.

Also on Daniel’s extensive resume are positions including:
• Chair of Aged and Community Services (ACSA) South
Australian Divisional Council
• ACSA National Board Member
• Board Director of the newly merged national peak body,
Aged and Community Care Providers Association.

Daniel is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors and an Associate Fellow at the Australasian College of Health Service Management. Daniel also holds a Masters of Health Management degree (majoring in emergency and disaster management) and a Bachelor of Nursing degree.
