Dennis was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Lite n’ Easy and Mitchell’s Quality Foods in 2020. Over the past 10 years, Dennis has played an integral role in the transformation of the Lite n’ Easy business, leading the implementation of key projects including HACCP approved facility design and expansion, national fresh meal capability and increased vertical integration.

More recently, Dennis led the business through a strategic brand refresh and forged new
customer segments through Lite n’ Easy’s Jumpstart intermittent fasting plan, nutritional pathways including a dedicated vegetarian range, Lite n’ Easy Select retail offering, My Choice meal range for seniors and the Aged Care and NDIS markets.

Prior to joining Lite n’ Easy in 2012, Dennis gained extensive experience in the food and beverage industry with Lion, OSI International Foods and Wiley. Dennis holds first class Honours in Medical/Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Technology.
