Speaker Bio

Donna Foley is a registered nurse and health service manager who has more than twenty years of experience in quality and safety management systems and human factors in healthcare. Having worked as a clinical safety manager in a large public hospital and conducted accreditation audits for both the National Commission for Safety and Quality in Health and the NDIS, Donna has extensive knowledge of clinical/care standards and legislative and statutory requirements. The application of digital solutions and human factors in healthcare are a special interest area.

Prior to Covid, Donna has been working and studying overseas, exploring the implementation of human factors solutions in health services.
