Abstract

After decades of under-investment, aged care’s digital transformation journey is gathering pace. The drivers are now the combined forces of consumer and workforce expectations, escalating compliance requirements, efficiency imperatives, pandemic necessity, and advances in technology. A busy digital reform agenda over the coming years will present both opportunities and challenges to providers.

In this financially constrained and uncertain environment, how should providers plan their route along the digital transformation roadmap? What are the keys to success and where should providers look for leading practice? Drawing on their recent work across Australia and internationally, Richard and Emily will present the outlook for digital aged care and explore how providers can accelerate their pathway to digital transformation.

PwC’s digital aged care experts present the outlook for digital aged care and explore the keys to success for providers seeking to accelerate their digital transformation.
