Speaker Bio

George has been part of the National Older Persons Reference Group with OPAN since its formation in 2020. He is a prior the president of the Pan Macedonian Federation in SA for over 20 years and a member of the Multicultural Aged Care Board. He has a special interest in the Greek community and also supports many others in his community. Ian is involved with Senior Citizens and was previously an executive committee member with the Greek Orthodox Church. One event that George was part of organising was the Dimitria Greek Festival in SA. George is an advocate and voice for all older people from multicultural backgrounds in his community and in the Macedonian Federation community.
