Speaker Bio

Grace Smith is an Associate Director in KPMG’s Customer practice, working with clients in the Health, Ageing and Human Services sector nationally. KPMG is a trusted provider and partner to age care services around Australia and globally and is a Founding Partner of InnovAGEING, Australia’s innovation network for age services.

With more than 10 years’ experience working across a range of sectors in various people- and customer-related disciplines, Grace is a practiced customer experience designer, stakeholder engagement specialist, and strategy advisor. Grace loves to make meaningful change for people and communities and does this by using human-centred approaches to design better experiences, services and interactions. In her current role, Grace has led a number of projects locally and nationally with aged care providers and government agencies seeking to put people at the centre of decision-making.
