Grant Davis is the Chief Risk Officer and member of the Executive Leadership Team at RSL LifeCare. In his role Grant is responsible for overseeing the effective management of all key categories of risk and leads the Risk, Compliance, Safety, Enterprise Quality Management, and Corporate Governance Functions for the organization. Grant is an experienced Risk Management Executive having spent 15 years in Banking and Financial Services across Australia and New Zealand working for large globally listed insurance and banking companies. Grant moved into aged care 2 years ago with a desire to help RSLLC improve and respond to the requirements of the aged care Royal Commission and help develop a culture of active risk and safety management in the ‘for purpose’ sector. Grant brings significant regulatory compliance experience to his role and has a strong focus on enterprise-wide risk management, compliance, quality management, safety, WHS, incident management and integrated governance.
