Biography

Helena is a GP of 30+ years’ clinical experience, and has extensive corporate and clinical governance experience. She is the Silverchain Executive Medical Director for the East Coast and SA, a Board Director for the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (for which she chairs the national Primary Care Committee), and the Deputy Chair of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu LHN (for which she also chairs the Clinical Governance Committee). Helena has a particular interest in chronic disease management, health service integration and trauma-informed, compassionate leadership-never more important than now.
