Speaker Bio

Kai is a highly experienced finance professional. He has over 15 years of corporate finance experience, including nine years focused on creating and executing bank strategy and driving business development across the healthcare sector.

Kai joined Westpac in 2021 as National Head of Healthcare and Professional Services, where he is responsible for the strategic and tactical development of the Bank’s national healthcare portfolio within Business Bank. Kai has a wealth of experience working with corporates, not for profits and financial sponsors across the full spectrum of healthcare, including seniors living, medical services and social infrastructure to enable them to deliver better health outcomes to communities against a backdrop of ever-changing needs and expectations.

Kai is also an active member of the community, holding positions including LASA Next Gen National Council Member, Board Member, University of Technology Business, and Executive Committee Member, UTS Australian Football Club.
