Speaker Bio

Ksana Playfair is a registered physiotherapist and part of the Clinical Performance team at Plena Healthcare. She is a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional with over 10 years’ experience working in the Aged Care industry, in both residential and home care settings. Ksana is committed to delivering high quality and evidence-based care to older adults through leading service innovation, quality management and continuous improvement. In her current role Ksana has managed numerous clinical projects, most notably the development and implementation of a number of new physiotherapy/occupational therapy service models that aim to optimise independence, function and mobility for people living in residential aged care.
