Matt Mulvihill is the General Manager of People and Culture at ECH, a progressive and diversity focused organisation based in South Australia.

Across a 20-year career in the public and community sectors, Matt has led and delivered programs and activities aimed at driving and improving culture and employee experience, workforce and leadership capability, workforce planning and organisational design. Matt brings a unique perspective on what it takes to find, engage and retain a workforce in an increasingly complex and competitive environment.

Working for a Community Aged Care Not-For-Profit, Matt’s focus looks beyond delivering and engaging a workforce who can meet the needs of clients, focusing on the delivery of a workforce which reflects the diversity of the community it serves and in using employment as a tool to improve people’s lives.
