Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living Funding – Managing and Optimising your RADs, Ingoing Contributions and Ongoing Fees
A critical issue facing Residential Aged Care is the growing need for funding. The Mar 2023 StewartBrown financial survey cites the average operating results for RAC facilities at a loss of $15.74 per bed day ($5,2221 loss per bed per annum).
Effective RAC and Retirement Living providers manage their RADs, and Ingoing Contributions and ongoing fees (DMF, CRF, MRF, GSF). Earning additional revenue to fund adequate capital improvements and staffing levels. Which can then generate more consumer pricing.
Matt will present how to manage these more effectively, optimising revenue whilst meeting your risk and liquidity requirements.
