Speaker Bio

Megan Hobson is the Retirement Living Code of Conduct Code Administrator.  

She brings a wide-ranging skill set, including excellent communication and high-level administration abilities to the role.  

Megan has worked in all three levels of government, with more than 15 years working for a number of Federal Members of Parliament in both Canberra and Brisbane. During that time her roles were varied, including being a Policy Adviser to a Government Minister.  

An interest in events led Megan to Event Management roles in the not-for-profit sector where she worked tirelessly to present events that raised funds for those in need.  

Now as the Code Administrator, Megan is committed to providing support to residents and operators in their retirement living journey to ensure it is a positive experience for all.
