Scott Lawton

Chief Executive Officer, IT Integrity

Scott’s 30-year career in technology spans across multiple industries and has exposed him to organisations ranging from global enterprise to community not-for-profits. Commencing with technical hands-on roles, Scott worked at the forefront of the IT industry and alongside market-leading technology manufacturers. This progressed into architecture roles before moving into consulting, project management and organisational management.

In 2001, Scott founded IT Integrity with an ethos to help organisations make the right technology investment decisions that are aligned to achieving commercial outcomes and goals. Since its inception 23 years ago, the purpose of the company has not changed and whilst it may be considered a vendor in the industry, IT Integrity is primarily representing its customers (care service providers) and assisting them to investigate, evaluate and implement technology solutions that fit with their overall business and technology strategy.

When IT Integrity purchased a care services technology company (Data Care) in 2011, it introduced global enterprise capability into the sector from its original clients (such as ALDI Stores and Pfizer – where IT Integrity executed large scale merger/acquisition and capital works projects).  Working collaboratively with Care Service provider Executives and Boards, peak bodies and the ACIITC, IT Integrity has formulated and executed award-winning technology strategies and transformations. With this experience and being invited to participate in the ITAC organising committee for multiple years, Scott and the team have played an active role in educating and adding value to the sector.

IT Integrity are passionate about solving the challenges facing care service providers and assist in effecting industry level change for the betterment of all those involved – Australians in need of care, their support networks / communities, and the workforce.
