Simon Lockyer is the Co-founder and CEO of leading home care provider Five Good Friends and is also the Co-founder and CEO of The Lookout Way – creators of the digital care management platform Lookout, and healthcare worker hiring platform Lookout Connect. His career has focused on building social enterprises underpinned by strong business practicality.

Prior to Five Good Friends, Simon co-founded Everydayhero, a pioneering Software as a Service, Peer-to-Peer fundraising platform. He was also a co-founder and the inaugural CEO of the Not for Profit organisation Youngcare whose achievements include building Australia’s first nursing for young people with high care needs.

Outside of his work Simon has served on a number of Not for Profit Boards including the Princess Alexandra Research and Development Foundation and the Queensland Music Festival. He is currently a committee member for a community-based NDIS provider R.I.S.C (Recreation, Independence and Socialisation in the Community).
