With a proven track record designing and implementing lasting solutions to organisational problems, I work with Owners, Boards and Managers to strengthen and connect business systems and processes.

After more than 25 years guiding mid-size businesses in the in aged care and not-for-profit sectors, I am focused on supporting management teams and developing robust business infrastructure to implement meaningful change and prepare for future growth. As an Executive, I led a team of outstanding professionals who were responsible for a combination of front-line operational, compliance, information systems and human resources departments.

I am deeply passionate about helping others and have deep operational experience balancing the competing interests of risk, innovation and growth in the aged care, education and not-for-profit sectors.
