Will Burkitt is the leader of Care & Living with Mercer (CaLM) and a Partner within Mercer’s Australian business. Care & Living with Mercer is an innovative service supporting seniors and their family carers with independent guidance and advice for any of their ageing care and living needs. CaLM is unique in Australia and supporting thousands of families already. CaLM is the perfect service for organisations to support their most important asset – their people – to thrive when it comes to them supporting parents and loved ones, partners or themselves, for their ageing care and living journey.

Prior to joining Mercer in January 2018, Will gained 19 years of experience supporting people to achieve their goals through their retirement, including working in Sydney, Hong Kong and London. In addition, during his career Will has gained experience as a company director.

He is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) from Macquarie University, and is a Justice of the Peace (NSW).
